One year of TAKENINAKE! What a trip, and a challenge! I only really started this label because i love buying and collecting physical media, and wanted to work on my own versions of obscure albums i've been listening for years on bandcamp. Thanks to that and twitter, it's easy to reach artists i wanna work with and cross fingers waiting for a response. Every artist we've worked with so far has been amazingly enthusiastic about releasing cassettes and for some it was a first. All of the albums we released I thoroughly enjoy and are part of my personal growth alongside music. This compilation features exclusive tracks (Vassily Mitrecey, harakiri j), some unreleased (This Deep Well, Mibri, yasumiyasumi, FLOATTT) and a teaser for TKNT010 (oreille sorcier). It is a tribute to an amazing first year, to the amazing one coming, and a huge thank you to these inspiring artists!
